Introductions, purposes, and objectives

Beloved Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ), the Mercy to All the Worlds, is the final chosen Messenger of Allah Almighty. No one will be granted prophethood after him until the Day of Judgment. The salvation of every person who comes into this world until the Day of Judgment is linked to his blessed guidance and mercy. This belief is known as Khatm-e-Nabuwwat (the Finality of Prophethood).

The belief in Khatm-e-Nabuwwat is an agreed-upon, fundamental, and foundational tenet of Islam. It holds the same importance in Islam as the foundation of a towering building or the main artery of a healthy human body. Just as a building cannot stand without its foundation and a human body cannot function without its vital organs, the religion of Islam cannot remain intact without the belief in the Finality of Prophethood.

For this reason, throughout the Prophetic era, the period of the Rightly Guided Caliphs, and subsequent Islamic history, no compromise was made with those who claimed prophethood or their followers. Among the movements that have caused significant harm to Islam by denying the Finality of Prophethood, Qadianism is regarded by its opponents as a major and dangerous movement of apostasy. Its activities continue to target Muslims who may be vulnerable to its teachings.

Many dedicated individuals and organizations continue their efforts to counter this movement. Alhamdulillah, Shubban Khatm-e-Nabuwwat is among these organizations. For the past two decades, under the guidance and consultation of respected Islamic scholars and religious leaders, it has been actively serving the cause of protecting the Finality of Prophethood and honouring the dignity of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ), working across various sectors and within communities.

Department of Dawah-e-Islam

Faith is the greatest of Allah Almighty’s blessings. Conveying the message of faith to those who have been deprived of this great blessing is both a responsibility and a privilege for believers. According to a blessed saying of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ), Allah Almighty grants Paradise to the person who becomes the means of another person embracing faith.

The purpose of the Islamic Dawah Department of Shubban Khatm-e-Nabuwwat is to convey the message of Islam in a positive and constructive manner to non-Muslims who may have been led away from the path of truth or who are seeking spiritual guidance. Alhamdulillah, this department has a distinctive role and remains highly active, like the organization’s other departments.

The scholars working in this department possess expertise in the areas of disagreement between Islam and other religions, particularly Qadianism, and have an understanding of the nature and arguments of various religious movements. At the same time, they remain mindful of Islamic principles of dialogue, wisdom, and inviting others to the faith.

Alhamdulillah, through the efforts of this department, hundreds of individuals from Qadiani, Christian, and Hindu backgrounds have embraced Islam, leaving their former religious affiliations and joining the blessed community of the beloved Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ), the Seal of the Prophets.

Preaching and Awareness Department

The Preaching and Awareness Department of Shubban Khatm-e-Nabuwwat is an important and fundamental department. Approximately 30 full-time preachers, along with dozens of volunteers working under their guidance, carry out activities across all four provinces and districts of Pakistan to promote awareness and safeguard the belief in Khatm-e-Nabuwwat (the Finality of Prophethood).

To fulfil this mission, conferences, religious talks, and gatherings are organized in local communities, neighbourhoods, cities, and villages. The department also conducts outreach activities in markets and streets, where its representatives share verbal messages and distribute educational literature to raise awareness about Khatm-e-Nabuwwat and the movement that challenges this belief.

Alhamdulillah, thousands of people benefit from the department’s activities and educational initiatives.

Education Department

Educational institutions play a fundamental role in shaping the intellectual, ideological, and moral outlook of any society, for better or worse. This is why various movements seeking to influence religious beliefs often focus their attention on these institutions. The young people studying in these institutions are the true future assets of the nation and the wider community.

Recognizing this importance, Shubban Khatm-e-Nabuwwat established its Education Department. Through this department, educational sessions, training programmes, and seminars are organized at universities, colleges, schools, and other educational institutions on topics such as the Seerah (life and teachings) of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ), the honour of the Prophet (ﷺ), Khatm-e-Nabuwwat (the Finality of Prophethood), and responses to Qadianism.

These programmes help the younger generation understand movements and ideologies considered contrary to Islamic teachings while strengthening their practical connection with their faith. Lectures are delivered by students and teachers associated with these very institutions, encouraging engagement within their own academic communities.

Alhamdulillah, the young people working in this department are highly active, organized, and grounded in religious and moral training. To date, they have successfully conducted beneficial and impactful programmes on these subjects for thousands of students and teachers across hundreds of educational institutions.

Traders’ Department

The business community has a significant and far-reaching influence on society and plays a prominent role in its economic development. Promoting ethical conduct, strengthening religious commitment, and encouraging positive social values within this sector are essential for societal reform and the achievement of religious objectives.

Alhamdulillah, through its Traders’ Department, Shubban Khatm-e-Nabuwwat has established an organized and consistent presence within the business community, carrying out important activities related to Khatm-e-Nabuwwat (the Finality of Prophethood) and opposition to Qadianism.

Through this department, thousands of people have gained awareness about Khatm-e-Nabuwwat and Qadianism. The department has also encouraged the boycott of Qadiani products as part of its efforts to exert economic pressure in support of its objectives.

Correspondence Department

The organization has developed a comprehensive curriculum covering the subjects of the Finality of Prophethood (*Khatm-e-Nabuwwat*), the Honor of the Prophet (*Namoos-e-Risalat*), and the refutation of Qadianism. Through this curriculum, the department conducts structured, multi-stage courses for *madaris* (religious seminaries), contemporary educational institutions, and the general public. Upon completion, participants are awarded an honorary certificate. *Alhamdulillah* (Praise be to Allah), thousands of individuals have benefited from this course.

IT and Media Department

In today’s era of advanced technology, satellites, the internet, and social media have become highly influential in the lives of young people. Many young users of the internet and social media have limited religious knowledge, which is why the Qadiani movement has also chosen this digital sphere as a platform for its activities. Working in this field has become an urgent necessity to help protect the younger generation from what the organization regards as the fitna of apostasy.

Alhamdulillah, the IT and Media Department of Shubban Khatm-e-Nabuwwat is also making significant contributions in this field. Through its website, mobile applications, Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp, online courses, and other digital platforms, the department effectively communicates its message concerning Khatm-e-Nabuwwat (the Finality of Prophethood), the honour of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ), and responses to Qadianism to audiences around the world.

Publications Department

The Publications Department of Shubban Khatm-e-Nabuwwat is also highly active. Under this department, thousands of books and hundreds of thousands of pieces of literature, posters, stickers, and other printed materials have been published on topics such as Khatm-e-Nabuwwat (the Finality of Prophethood), the honour of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ), the Seerah of the Holy Prophet (ﷺ), the descent of Hazrat Isa (Alaihis Salam), the appearance of Hazrat Imam Mahdi, and responses to Qadianism.

Through these publications, large numbers of Muslims have gained greater awareness and a stronger understanding of subjects related to Khatm-e-Nabuwwat and the honour of the Holy Prophet (ﷺ), helping to strengthen their religious beliefs and commitment.

Department of Constitution and Law

Pakistan has the distinction that, through amendments to Articles (0)106 and (3)206 of the Constitution of Pakistan, Qadianis were declared a non-Muslim minority. Through Sections B/298 and C/298 of the Pakistan Penal Code, Qadianis were also prohibited from calling themselves Muslims, calling their disbelief Islam, and using Islamic symbols. These laws are an effective and easy means of demolishing the structure of Qadianism. In order to make Qadianism abide by the Constitution and the law, the Constitution & Law Department of Shubban Khatm-e-Nabuwwat is active. The purpose of this department is, on the one hand, to prevent Qadianis from violating the Constitution and, on the other hand, through these laws, to create awareness among members of the administration and judiciary regarding Khatm-e-Nabuwwat, the honour of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ), and the refutation of Qadianism, so that they may become supporters and helpers in this great mission.

The purpose of this department is also to fulfil the needs of new Muslims and families who come out of the depths of disbelief and enter into the light of Islam. These fortunate people who accept Islam sometimes become deprived of their family support, relationships, and means of livelihood because of leaving their former religion. Providing financial and social support to such people is an important responsibility of Muslims. Alhamdulillah, under the Welfare & Training of New Muslims Department of Shubban Khatm-e-Nabuwwat, important needs of such individuals are fulfilled, including education and training, household groceries, children’s educational expenses, house construction, medical treatment, necessary marriage expenses, business loans, and legal protection. Likewise, providing them with religious and moral training and striving to make them exemplary members of society is also a prominent function of this department.

Public Welfare Department

Serving suffering humanity is a means to attain the pleasure and approval of Allah Almighty. While *Shuban-e-Khatm-e-Nabuwwat* is actively engaged in various spheres—such as the propagation of the faith, the defense of the finality of Prophethood (*Khatm-e-Nabuwwat*), and the protection of the honor of the Prophet (PBUH)—it also operates a “Public Welfare Department.” Driven by a spirit of Islamic brotherhood and fraternity, this department provides comprehensive assistance to the deprived and the vulnerable, carrying out initiatives dedicated to the well-being and betterment of humanity.

Medical Aid

Under the Public Welfare Department, free medical camps are periodically organized in remote, impoverished, and underdeveloped areas; in these camps, deserving individuals receive medical treatment under the supervision of specialist doctors, along with free medication.

Sacrificial Donation

Under the Public Welfare Department, Waqf-e-Qurbani is arranged every year on the occasion of fulfilling the Sunnah of Hazrat Ibrahim (Alaihis Salam) in underprivileged areas. A large number of people donate their Qurbani through this initiative, and the meat is distributed among the poor, particularly new Muslims.

Natural Disasters

Providing relief to individuals and households affected by natural disasters—such as floods, earthquakes, and the like—is a key function of the Public Welfare Department. In such circumstances, the volunteers of ‘Shuban-e-Khatm-e-Nabuwwat,’ driven by a spirit of communal service, extend aid to their brethren—regardless of race or ethnicity—in the form of rations, cash assistance, medical care, tents, and reconstruction support.
